The Help and Hope for Hepatitis Support Group is open to any and all interested individuals regardless of who treats you or whether you are being treated, and is designed to offer participants emotional suppport and information necessary to cope more effectively with chronic Hepatitis C and B.

Veterans and Hospice Care

After Captain Kevin Drue Donnelly’s diagnosis with HCV, he worked tirelessly to assist veterans, their families and individuals new to this path.

As he neared the end of his life, due to this virus, Kevin had one regret:  that he had not spent more time assisting others to learn about hospice care.

Kevin Drue Donnelly worked extensively with Phyllis Beck as she created the National HCV Prison Coalition.

The night Kevin died, he was working toward the goal of having Dr. Ben Cecil open a hotline to speak with prisoners.  Phyllis Beck led this effort.

The goal became a reality with Phyllis Beck’s dedication.
